Ingredients

  • large package Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
  • package frozen diced onions
  • cups diced celery
  • eggs, beaten
  • pound butter
  • cups milk
  • Water or chicken broth

Instructions

  • Melt butter in frypan, add diced onions and celery, and saute.
  • Add cups water and cook until semi-soft.
  • Add stuffing mix, eggs, and milk and stir.
  • Add sufficient water to moisten all to desired consistency.
  • Insert stuffing into bird cavity.

Tip

Extra stuffing can be placed in a buttered baking dish and baked at until done.
