Ingredients

  • English muffins
  • Butter
  • pound hot sausage
  • cups milk
  • tablespoons Bisquick

Instructions

  • Butter English muffins and toast them.
  • Brown sausage and drain the fat.
  • Whisk the Bisquick into the milk, then add the sausage.
  • Bring to a boil, while stirring, and simmer until it’s a little runnier (is that a word?) than you like it.
  • The sauce will thicken as it cools down.
  • Pour gravy over muffins and enjoy!
