Ingredients

  • boiled eggs (without shell)
  • pound hot sausage
  • egg
  • cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Mix sausage, egg, and bread crumbs.
  • Coat the eggs individually with the sausage mixture and fry until the sausage is thoroughly cooked.
  • Serve with honey mustard.
