Grandma DeRosa's Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• $1$ stick margarine
• $1$ cup sugar
• $2$ eggs
• $2$ teaspoons baking powder
• $2$ cups flour
• $\frac{1}{2}$ pint sour cream ($1$ cup)
• $\frac{1}{2}$ cup sugar
• $3$ teaspoons cinnamon
• $\frac{1}{2}$ to $1$ cup crushed walnuts

Instructions

• Preheat oven to $350°$.
• Mix together first six ingredients.
• In a separate bowl, crumble together sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts.
• In a greased pan, layer $\frac{1}{2}$ sour cream mixture and $\frac{1}{2}$ crumble, followed by remaining $\frac{1}{2}$ sour cream mixture and $\frac{1}{2}$ crumble.
• Bake for $40$ minutes.
