Ingredients
- Hereford filets
- Worcestershire sauce
- Lawry’s seasoning
- Coarse ground pepper
Instructions
- Take Hereford filets (only the best!) and drizzle with Worcestershire.
- Sprinkle with Lawry’s and coarse ground pepper.
- Grill only on a Weber grill until medium rare.
- Serve with good company and a great bottle of red wine. Cheers!
