Ingredients
- pounds shrimp ( to count - shell on), deveined
- pound butter
- Dash or of Worcestershire sauce
- Dash or of soy sauce
- tablespoons black pepper
- cup lemon juice
- tablespoons parsley
- tablespoons minced garlic (or more)
- tablespoon oregano
Instructions
- Wash and drain shrimp in a large roasting pan.
- Pour sauce over.
- Bake at for minutes (stirring every minutes).
- Turn oven off.
- Cover and let sit in oven hour.
- Serve with coleslaw and bread for dipping in sauce.
Tip
Good idea to use a newspaper tablecloth. It’s messy, but great!
