Ingredients

  • to pounds Pork loin or beef brisket
  • cups BBQ sauce
  • BBQ sauce for adding at table

Instructions

  • Trim fat from meat.
  • Cut in half.
  • Place in crock pot and pour sauce over meat.
  • Cook on LOW to hours.
  • Remove meat and shred meat with two forks. (Meat should be very tender.)
  • Place in serving dish and spoon sauce from pan. Easy.
