Ingredients
- to pounds Pork loin or beef brisket
- cups BBQ sauce
- BBQ sauce for adding at table
Instructions
- Trim fat from meat.
- Cut in half.
- Place in crock pot and pour sauce over meat.
- Cook on LOW to hours.
- Remove meat and shred meat with two forks. (Meat should be very tender.)
- Place in serving dish and spoon sauce from pan. Easy.
