Ingredients

  • Ribs
  • Maple syrup
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Rub (Don’t know what kind need to find out)

Instructions

  • Thaw ribs fully
  • Pat dry with paper towel
  • Removed skin on the underside of the ribs with a paper towel
  • Rub with maple syrup with hands
  • Put rub on about 80% on side with meat and 20% on other side.
  • Let sit and get grill ready between (200°-250°F)
  • Put apple wood with charcoal
  • Put ribs on grill bone side down
  • After 45 min spray 50% apple cider vinegar 50% water
  • Spray every 30 min for the rest of the cooking (est. 5 hours)
