Ingredients
- cups sliced warm boiled potatoes
- cup chopped chives
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon pepper
- tablespoon grated onion
- cup salad oil
- cup cider vinegar
- cup chopped celery
- cup diced cucumber
- cup sour cream
- cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Combine warm potatoes, chives , salt, pepper, onion, oil, and vinegar.
- Stir well and chill.
- Meanwhile, mix celery, cucumber, sour cream , and mayonnaise.
- Chill.
- Just before serving, combine the mayonnaise mixture and the potato mixture.
- Mix well.
Tip
Garnish with lettuce and sliced hard cooked eggs if desired. Makes servings.
