Ingredients
- can chopped clams with Juice
- chopped medium onion
- chopped green pepper
- tablespoon oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Bacon
- Plain bread crumbs
- Empty clam shells
Instructions
- Sauté onion and pepper in oil until just tender.
- Add clams and juice.
- Add enough bread crumbs to thicken.
- Spoon into clam shells.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with bacon.
- Bake at until bacon is cooked.
- Eat fast and go back to school.
