Ingredients

  • can chopped clams with Juice
  • chopped medium onion
  • chopped green pepper
  • tablespoon oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Bacon
  • Plain bread crumbs
  • Empty clam shells

Instructions

  • Sauté onion and pepper in oil until just tender.
  • Add clams and juice.
  • Add enough bread crumbs to thicken.
  • Spoon into clam shells.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Top with bacon.
  • Bake at until bacon is cooked.
  • Eat fast and go back to school.
