Ingredients

  • lb. cream cheese
  • pt. sour cream
  • Vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker mix
  • eggs
  • cups sugar
  • stick butter

Instructions

  • Cream cheese, 2 cups sugar, and 3 teaspoons vanilla together.
  • Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well.
  • Make graham cracker crust in springform pan.
  • Pour cheese mixture over crust.
  • Bake in oven for 1 hour.
  • Cool for 30 minutes.
  • Mix sour cream, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 tablespoon vanilla.
  • Pour over the cake.
  • Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
  • Cool for 2 hours.
  • Top with your favorite topping; refrigerate. Enjoy!!
