Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • Fresh Romano cheese (block)
  • Fresh Italian parsley
  • Fresh garlic

Instructions

  • Take 1 loaf of Italian bread and dry it out for two to three days, then take a cheese grater and grate the bread.
  • Next, chop garlic/parsley and grate cheese.
  • Put ingredients in a Ziploc bag; shake well.

Use to bread chicken veal pork eggplant, etc.
