Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- Fresh Romano cheese (block)
- Fresh Italian parsley
- Fresh garlic
Instructions
- Take 1 loaf of Italian bread and dry it out for two to three days, then take a cheese grater and grate the bread.
- Next, chop garlic/parsley and grate cheese.
- Put ingredients in a Ziploc bag; shake well.
Tip
Use to bread chicken veal pork eggplant, etc.
