Ingredients
- lb. shrimp (26 to 30 count - shell on), deveined
- lb. butter
- Dash or of Worcestershire sauce
- Dash or of soy sauce
- Tbsp. black pepper
- cup lemon juice
- Tbsp. parsley
- Tbsp. minced garlic (or more)
- Tbsp. oregano
Instructions
- Wash and drain shrimp in a large roasting pan.
- Pour sauce over.
- Bake at for minutes (stirring every minutes).
- Turn oven off.
- Cover and let sit in oven 1 hour.
- Serve with coleslaw and bread for dipping in sauce.
Tip
Good idea to use a newspaper tablecloth. It’s messy, but great!
