Ingredients

  • lb. shrimp (26 to 30 count - shell on), deveined
  • lb. butter
  • Dash or of Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash or of soy sauce
  • Tbsp. black pepper
  • cup lemon juice
  • Tbsp. parsley
  • Tbsp. minced garlic (or more)
  • Tbsp. oregano

Instructions

  • Wash and drain shrimp in a large roasting pan.
  • Pour sauce over.
  • Bake at for minutes (stirring every minutes).
  • Turn oven off.
  • Cover and let sit in oven 1 hour.
  • Serve with coleslaw and bread for dipping in sauce.

Tip

Good idea to use a newspaper tablecloth. It’s messy, but great!
