Ingredients
- thick center cut pork chops
- lemon
- Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Tbsp. olive oil
- red pepper, chopped
- clove garlic, chopped
- Tbsp. butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Mix lemon juice, mustard, and olive oil.
- Marinate pork chops at least 30 minutes.
- Top with coarse black pepper.
- Grill until just cooked.
- Sauté red pepper, garlic, butter, and salt until very tender.
- Blend in blender until smooth and creamy.
