Ingredients

  • 5 lb. pork butt (coarse ground)
  • Tbsp. salt (preferably fresh ground sea salt)
  • tsp. pepper (fresh ground)
  • cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • tsp. dry mustard
  • Onion powder or bits

Instructions

  • Add water to help stuffing of casings.
