Tim's Mushrooms

Ingredients

• $2$ Tbsp. butter
• $1$ lb. mushrooms
• $\frac{1}{2}$ cup cream sherry

Instructions

• Clean mushrooms, trim ends, and leave whole.
• Sauté mushrooms in butter until butter is almost brown.
• Take off heat and add sherry.
• Cook until tender.
