Ingredients
- ( oz.) pkg. Frozen chopped spinach
- cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- cup butter
- ( oz.) pkg. onion soup mix
- cups sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to .
- Cook and drain spinach (or just let it thaw…).
- Brown stuffing mix in butter, reserving cup.
- Mix spinach, stuffing, soup mix, and sour cream.
- Place in a greased quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with reserved stuffing.
