Ingredients
- cup white vinegar
- cup water
- cup vegetable oil
- cup corn syrup
- Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
- 2 Tbsp. dry pectin
- 2 Tbsp. beaten egg or egg substitute
- tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- tsp. minced garlic
- dried parsley flakes
- Pinch of dried oregano
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients with a mixer on medium speed or in a blender on low speed for seconds.
- Chill at least one hour.
- Serve over mixed greens, or use as a marinade.
Tip
For a ”lower carb” version… Omit the corn syrup and replace with a little extra oil and some fake sugar.
