Ingredients
- cup vegetable oil
- cup seasoned rice vinegar
- tsp. Dijon mustard
- clove garlic, pressed
- small head Bibb lettuce
- small head green leaf lettuce
- Granny Smith or pineapple, diced
- cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- cup dried cranberries
- cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
Instructions
- Combine first 4 ingredients; stir with a wire whisk until blended.
- Set aside.
- Just before serving, combine Bibb lettuce and remaining 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad; toss gently.

Yield: 8 servings.
