Ingredients
- cans drained and rinsed black beans
- Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- cloves garlic, chopped
- tsp. salt
- cup tahini
- Cumin and hot sauce to taste
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in food processor until creamy and smooth.
- Add water as needed.
- Best made ahead.
- Serve with toasted pita wedges, tortilla chips, or raw vegetables.
