Ingredients

  • lb. Hamburger (ground sirloin)
  • Tbsp. Morton’s Tender Quick salt
  • tsp. Garlic salt
  • tsp. Onion powder
  • tsp. Liquid smoke

Instructions

  • Mix all together and form into sticks.
  • Place in refrigerator, uncovered, for hours.
  • Bake on wire rack with drip pan to catch any grease for minutes at .
  • You may wish to wrap in paper towel to squeeze out grease.
  • Refrigerate or freeze.
