Ingredients
- large package Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
- package frozen diced onions
- cups diced celery
- eggs, beaten
- pound butter
- cups milk
- Water or chicken broth
Instructions
- Melt butter in frypan, add diced onions and celery, and saute.
- Add cups water and cook until semi-soft.
- Add stuffing mix, eggs, and milk and stir.
- Add sufficient water to moisten all to desired consistency.
- Insert stuffing into bird cavity.
Tip
Extra stuffing can be placed in a buttered baking dish and baked at until done.
