Ingredients
- English muffins
- Butter
- pound hot sausage
- cups milk
- tablespoons Bisquick
Instructions
- Butter English muffins and toast them.
- Brown sausage and drain the fat.
- Whisk the Bisquick into the milk, then add the sausage.
- Bring to a boil, while stirring, and simmer until it’s a little runnier (is that a word?) than you like it.
- The sauce will thicken as it cools down.
- Pour gravy over muffins and enjoy!
