Ingredients
- cup butter
- cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- cup corn syrup (light or dark)
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon baking soda
- teaspoon vanilla
- quarts popped corn
Instructions
- Preheat oven to .
- Melt butter, then stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil, without stirring, minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in soda and vanilla, and mix well.
- Pour over popped corn and mix well.
- Spread in baking pans (shallow) and bake for hour at , stirring every minutes.
- Cool. Break apart. Store in containers, or just eat it all.
