Ingredients

  • cups milk
  • tablespoons sugar
  • eggs
  • tablespoons butter, melted
  • teaspoon salt
  • cup flour

Instructions

  • Beat eggs well.
  • Add salt, butter, and sugar and beat more.
  • Add flour and milk gradually.
  • Spoon teaspoonfuls onto a greased griddle, preferably in a greased Swedish pancake pan.
