Ingredients
- cup oil
- cup sugar
- eggs
- cup flour
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon baking powder
- teaspoons cinnamon
- teaspoon vanilla
- apples, cut in small pieces
- cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Mix oil, sugar, and eggs together, then add dry ingredients to this mixture.
- Finally, add remaining ingredients.
- Put mixture in a well greased xx inch square pan.
- Bake at for to minutes.
- After cooled, mix tablespoons sugar and teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
