Ingredients
- cup sugar
- teaspoon ground cinnamon
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon ground ginger
- teaspoon ground cloves
- large eggs
- ( ounces) can Libby’s pumpkin
- ( ounces) can evaporated milk
- pie crust
Instructions
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and cloves in a small bowl.
- Beat eggs in large bowl.
- Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.
- Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake in preheated oven for minutes.
- Reduce temperature to and bake to minutes or until knife inserted near center comes clean.
- Cool on wire rack for hours, then serve, or refrigerate.
