Ingredients

  • cup sugar
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon ground ginger
  • teaspoon ground cloves
  • large eggs
  • ( ounces) can Libby’s pumpkin
  • ( ounces) can evaporated milk
  • pie crust

Instructions

  • Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and cloves in a small bowl.
  • Beat eggs in large bowl.
  • Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.
  • Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake in preheated oven for minutes.
  • Reduce temperature to and bake to minutes or until knife inserted near center comes clean.
  • Cool on wire rack for hours, then serve, or refrigerate.
