Ingredients

  • eggs, beaten
  • cup sugar
  • cup dark corn syrup
  • tablespoons melted butter
  • teaspoon vanilla
  • cups pecans
  • unbaked pie crust
  • tablespoon bourbon

Instructions

  • Stir eggs, sugar, syrup, butter, and vanilla.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Pour into pie crust.
  • Bake at for to minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
