Ingredients
- eggs, beaten
- cup sugar
- cup dark corn syrup
- tablespoons melted butter
- teaspoon vanilla
- cups pecans
- unbaked pie crust
- tablespoon bourbon
Instructions
- Stir eggs, sugar, syrup, butter, and vanilla.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake at for to minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
