Ingredients

  • pounds pork butt (coarse ground)
  • tablespoons salt (preferably fresh ground sea salt)
  • teaspoon pepper (fresh ground)
  • cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • teaspoon dry mustard
  • Onion powder or bits

Instructions

  • Add water to help stuffing of casings.
