Ingredients
- pounds pork butt (coarse ground)
- tablespoons salt (preferably fresh ground sea salt)
- teaspoon pepper (fresh ground)
- cloves garlic, finely chopped
- teaspoon dry mustard
- Onion powder or bits

- Add water to help stuffing of casings.
