Ingredients
- medium sized potatoes
- tablespoons Butter, softened
- Sour cream
- Milk
- Cheddar Cheese
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Cajun seasoning
- Pepper
Instructions
- Boil potatoes on stove until soft. (About minutes)
- Pour water out with top on to prevent potatoes from falling out.
- Put potatoes in bowl.
- Add butter.
- Mash with mixer for - minutes.
- Add tablespoon garlic powder, - teaspoon of Cajun seasoning, a dash of Italian seasoning, a dash of pepper, large spoonful’s of sour cream and a handful of cheddar cheese.
- Mix again with mixer for a little bit.
- Add milk to make super creamy.
- Continue mixing and adding milk as needed.
Tip
Bacon makes a great addition to these!
