Ingredients

  • pound hamburger
  • ( ounces) can tomatoes
  • ( ounces) cans kidney beans
  • can corn
  • ( ounces) cans tomato sauce
  • packet taco seasoning
  • can garbanzo beans (optional)

Instructions

  • Brown and drain hamburger.
  • In a stew pot, mix all ingredients, including the liquid from the canned products.
  • Simmer to minutes.
  • Serve with corn chips, cheese, chopped onions, and sour cream.

Tip

You can add water if it is too thick.
