Ingredients
- heads broccoli
- pound bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
- cup grated Cheddar cheese
- red onion, finely chopped
- Dressing
- cups mayonnaise
- sugar
- tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Wash and cut broccoli into bite-size pieces.
- Place broccoli in a large bowl.
- Layer bacon, cheese, and onions over broccoli. Do not mix.
- In a small bowl, combine mayo, sugar, and vinegar. Mix well.
- Pour over broccoli salad. Do not stir.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Stir before serving.
- Top with sunflower seeds.
