Ingredients
- pound Hamburger (ground sirloin)
- tablespoons Morton’s Tender Quick salt
- teaspoon Garlic salt
- teaspoon Onion powder
- teaspoons Liquid smoke
Instructions
- Mix all together and form into sticks.
- Place in refrigerator, uncovered, for hours.
- Bake on wire rack with drip pan to catch any grease for minutes at .
- You may wish to wrap in paper towel to squeeze out grease.
- Refrigerate or freeze.
